Shipping Policy

Hey boys and girls, please check your order when you finished.

Receiving Time is usually about 5-7 working days UK and 10 days worldwide . We could ship worldwide.

It normally takes 2-4 business days for us to process your order. The shipping time is 1-3 workdays for express shipping.

Receiving Time=Processing time + Shipping time. We could ship worldwide.

According to the different logistics freight for each period, we will set up different freight rules, you can pay attention to the header at the top of the website to get the latest news.

In the case of force majeure (epidemic, natural disaster), regional logistics (or global logistics) is slow. Please wait patiently. We will try our best to supervise the logistics company to deliver the goods.

Due to the nature of the shipping & supplier business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address :

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at pawel.k@thehouseofkdesigns.co.uk if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

By placing an order on The House Of K, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to The House Of K. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

The House Of K is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

Dear Valued customer
Thank you for your purchase. Your satisfaction is always what we strive for If you are not satisfied with the item you received, just contact us via email within 10 days after received the package. Here are the details of our Return and Exchange policy. Much appreciate for your carefully attention.

Before You Return:
To return the products, please contact pawel.k@thehouseofkdesigns.co.uk. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
Due to the custom-made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
We do not provide a return label or pay for return shipping.
Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and our store credit issued by us cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at pawel.k@thehouseofkdesigns.co.uk if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.
The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

Your return & exchange request can be submitted for the issues on quality, size and color only within 10 days of receiving your original order.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs returning your item. We advise to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance if the item is worth over £75.
Return & Exchange Policy
If a product is DOA(damaged on arrival)or shipped incorrectly please kindly contact our Customer Service Support firstly before you sent it back. Cause it must be returned to the exact outbound warehouse for refund or exchange.

If you have any questions at all regarding our Returns Policy please reach out directly to us at pawel.k@thehouseofkdesigns.co.uk and one of our customer support specialists will help within 1 business day.

Do not send it directly to the address on the parcel. Maybe it’s one of the carrier’s transit warehouses, which is not correct.
Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 10 calendar days from the date the shipping information shows you received it.
